A registered NDIS provider you can reach — transparent pricing, written quotes, and a real shopfront in Melbourne’s north. We answer the phone and stand behind our work.
Assistive technology sits in different parts of an NDIS plan depending on its cost and purpose. Here’s the short version — we’ll always confirm the detail for your situation before you commit.
Low-cost AT (under $1,500)
Everyday assistive items can often be purchased from the Consumables budget within Core Supports without prior NDIA approval.
Capital AT & communication equipment
Higher-cost or purpose-built devices sit under Capital Supports (Assistive Technology), including communication and information equipment configured for disability use.
Repairs & maintenance
The NDIS provides funding to repair and maintain assistive technology items — so keeping a device working is part of the plan, not an afterthought.
