Which insurers accept your reports?
All major Australian insurers including AAMI, Allianz, Budget Direct, NRMA, RACV, Suncorp, and most specialty insurers. Check with your insurer if unsure.
How much does a report cost?
Reports start from $45 per device for a standard assessment. Complex or multi-device assessments may be quoted separately — call us first.
How quickly will I get the report?
Most walk-in assessments are completed same-day. For mail-in devices, reports are issued within 24 hours of receipt.
Can I send my device by mail?
Yes. Use the booking form to arrange a mail-in assessment. We'll provide a prepaid return label once the report is complete.
What devices do you assess?
Smartphones, tablets, laptops, gaming consoles, smart TVs, cameras, smartwatches, and most other consumer electronics.
