The assessment process is straightforward. Bring your device to our Roxburgh Park workshop, and one of our technicians will examine it, document the damage, and prepare the report. For most devices, the assessment takes 15 to 30 minutes and the report is issued the same day. We'll email you a PDF copy that you can submit directly to your insurer.
