Virus and malware removal: we scan the system with professional tools, identify and remove viruses, trojans, worms, spyware, adware, and potentially-unwanted programs (PUPs). Browser hijacker and adware removal: if your browser homepage or search engine changed, you're getting redirected to unwanted sites, or pop-up ads appear constantly, a browser hijacker or adware is installed. We remove the malicious extensions, reset the browser settings, and clear the unwanted programs that caused it. From $89.

Tech-support scam cleanup: the "your computer is infected, call this number" pop-ups are scams. If you only saw the pop-up, we remove its source and verify nothing was installed (from $89). If you called the number and let someone remote in, we do a full security cleanup — checking for the remote-access tools scammers install, removing any malware they planted, and securing the system. From $129. If you gave card/bank details, contact your bank immediately and change passwords from another device.

Ransomware response: ransomware encrypts your files and demands payment. We do not recommend paying (it often doesn't restore files and funds criminals). We assess the specific ransomware, check whether a free decryption tool exists, recover what we can, remove the ransomware, and rebuild the system. We also help you set up backups so a future attack can't hold your data hostage. Ransomware response from $149.

Full security cleanup and hardening: beyond removing the immediate threat, we secure the system — update Windows and software, configure Windows Defender or recommend appropriate protection, remove unnecessary admin access, and advise on safe practices. This reduces the chance of reinfection. Included in our removal service.

When a clean reinstall is safest: for deep rootkit infections or systems that can't be reliably cleaned, a fresh Windows install is the safest guarantee the malware is gone.
